Contributions are welcome as poster presentations (poster size: 90 cm wide and 120 cm tall) . A PDF format (maximum A4 2-page) abstract is required for both oral and poster presentations. They should include title, name(s) of author(s), and affiliation(s). A margin of 3 cm should be left around A4 size white bond papers. Please use Times New Roman 12-point font. Authors of accepted papers are requested to submit a full paper for the proceedings. A template is downloadable from the web site. Proceedings will be published as a book edited by the organizing committee, and will be simultaneously published on the web with the permission of author(s). Proceedings will be printed as camera ready form, so the authors should follow the instructions for submission of CRC manuscript preparation.
Instruction for poster presenters
Poster presenters are requested to prepare
- Poster (panel size is 90 cm height x 180 cm width) to show on site
- Short presentation video in English made with MP4 format, less than 3min. including technical audio contents made by Powerpoint or other tools.
The video file should be submitted from this web site until Oct. 4th.
When on-site poster session is transformed into all-distant session, presenters should stay in the designated ZOOM Breakout Room to present poster contents to audience/visitors. Presenters can also visit other breakout rooms.
Authors of accepted papers are requested to submit a full paper (4-6 pages) for the proceedings. Deadline of the submission is December 1, 2021, but it would be best if you bring the manuscript for the proceedings to the conference.
Proceedings will be printed as Camera Ready Form (CRF) to be published as a book edited by the Organizing Committee, so the authors should follow the instructions for the CRF manuscript preparation.
